Return Policy

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Need to return something? Upon acceptance, items can be returned in their original condition for exchange upon approval or store credit within 14 days of the delivery date on the original order regardless of the payment method used.


Please follow the process below for returning your item(s).

- Log onto our Return Portal here
- Enter the items you desire to return for approval with reason and solution (store credit or exchange upon approval) of return - this could take 2-5 business days. 
- Once approved, mail back your approved return. (Make sure you keep your proof of postage! You can then track them as they make their way back to us.)
- When your return arrives back at paulehoffman, a return associate will ensure all item(s) have been received and send an email confirming it has been received - this could take us up to 1-4 days once it arrives back in our warehouse.
- You’ll receive your store credit or approval of exchange within an additional 1-3 business days.

Please note: In the event of a discrepancy between the value of the returns entered in the portal and the actual items received we reserve the right to recover any shortfall from you. If this is the case, we will contact you first.


RETURN POLICY 

Eligible items may be returned forStore Credit, depending onavailability and approval some items may be exchanged. 


ReturnsMUST be processed through ourReturn Center and delivered to our distribution center within 14 days from original delivery date. We will not accept any returns outside of the 14 day time frame. Any requests for returns exceeding 14 days from package receipt will be denied and not accepted at our warehouse. 

Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all product tags attached. We do not accept items that are discounted, intimates or accessories.


Please note, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and we require proof of tracking for all returned packages. We strongly recommend keeping proof of postage and your tracking number for the returned items until you’ve received your store credit.Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed at our warehouse. You’ll receive an email for every action following your return status.

 

In-person return drop offs will not be accepted at our Distribution Center, Corporate Office, or Physical Store Locations. Returns are to be returned via mail.


We cannot accept returns for items not listed on your RMA. Any items not listed on your RMA or items not eligible for return will be discarded at our warehouse.


At this time we do not offer refunds to the original payment method and store credit is valid for use online only at paulehoffman.com.
